Partnership?

What Can We Do Together?

I hope it’s plain to you that I have stepped into offering facilitation and training services, at both a personal and group level.

I have experience in a wide variety of group situations and generally enjoy expanding my experiences and skills to learn more. I’m excited to think that partnering with someone else in facilitation can allow an interchange of ideas – and discovery of unknown outcomes

So I want to be clear that I am also offering to be a co – facilitator – so I can contribute and engage my skills and strengths – and provide those, in support of a wider range of work being accessible for me., or all of us…?

For instance – perhaps you are skilled at strategic planning, but uncomfortable with the group dynamics. It is my view that partnering leadership/facilitation in session activities can be a really dynamic and useful solution.

My skills are based in human communications, group dynamics, and the human impact of change management (and I look forward to discovering more!)  Particularly, though – I have excellent logistical skills – I’ve been self employed successfully for many years. Lot’s of roles carried out at different times, all for a common purpose.

If this resonates for you – I invite you to contact me and discuss this further.

IN BRIEF – Jim has a Cert 4 in Training and Assessment; an Advance Diploma in GroupFacilitation; many years experience in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) education –  as both a coach and trainer. Being also a certified Laughter Session leader is a curious and valuable skill for working amongst groups of people. Some 6 years experience as a volunteer organiser for the successful One Day Wonder series of conferences has been a rich and worthwhile experience.
